Thanks so much for the great job! You and your staff did for our fishing trip. It was our most successful outing ever. Everyone raved about the food, the service and the fishing. Everyone on your staff was friendly and helpful. The cooks were great and so were the guides. Our customers were very impressed. The accommodations were spotless and very comfortable. I don't see how it could have been any better. We are already looking forward to next year.

I just wanted to drop you a line thanking you for truly a wonderful vacation that me and my friends enjoyed while at Newlands. Since I was the one who selected where we were going it really made me look good. Everything about the weekend was wonderful: the accommodations, boats, fishing guide, and most importantly the way we were treated by your staff was top-notch. Having spent most of my adult life in sales and marketing, through the years I have developed significant respect for "The Customer". Thus, I guess its only natural that I have spent a lot of time in our business organization focusing on customer service. I never really gave much thought to revitalizing customer service thoughts while on a fishing trip to Arkansas. Last weekend one of my salespeople and I entertained one of our customers by bringing him to Newland's to fish for several days. I learned a lot!!! There is absolutely no doubt the folks at Newland's know and understand who the customer is. We just had a great time. The accommodations were excellent, the food great and we even caught some fish. All the more, the real treat was "customer service" and how welcome we were made to feel. Thanks to you and your team for an excellent weekend.
